The 442.65/R provides the UHF link to 146.97/R during Central Indiana Skywarn activation.
The 443.25/R provides the UHF link to 146.76/R during Marion County Skywarn activation.
SKYWARN & public service communications will ALWAYS take priority over normal repeater operation.

Why are amateur radio trained spotters necessary?
- Radar only shows areas that may be problematic
- Spotters are trained to recognize different conditions
- Report actual conditions via Amateur Radio to NWS
Amateur Radio Operators save lives
Through immediate reporting of on-site conditions, the NWS issues watches & warnings to the public via S.A.M.E. alerting systems, the news media, and county officials activate warning sirens.
